1. Service Description

screen.framer.ai is an online tool that allows users to generate simulated or mock mobile screenshots using customizable templates. These templates replicate the style of various digital interfaces for use in personal projects, educational content, product mockups, social media content, and design portfolios.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use screen.framer.ai only for lawful and ethical purposes. By using this service, you agree NOT to:

  • Use generated screenshots to mislead, deceive, or impersonate any real individual, organization, or service.

  • Use the tool for fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, illegal, or malicious purposes.

  • Distribute or promote screenshots that contain fake financial data in a way that misrepresents real transactions.

  • Remove, hide, or edit out the required disclaimer/reminder bar ("Sample", "For Personal Use Only", etc.) from the generated images.

  • Recreate or imitate the exact UI elements, branding, or trademarks of existing financial institutions, apps, or services.

  • Generate or share content that promotes misinformation, scams, phishing, or fake investment schemes.

  • Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other user's use.

3. License and Ownership

All templates, designs, and content on screen.framer.ai are the intellectual property of the company and protected by copyright and design laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated images for personal or non-commercial use, unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

Any attempt to resell, redistribute, clone, or host our tools, templates, or generated content without permission is strictly prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

By using screen.framer.ai, you are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring that your use of generated images complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region.

  • Including visible disclaimers or indicators (e.g., “sample only,” “fake data,” or “not real”) whenever screenshots are used in public-facing content.

  • Not removing the built-in reminder bars unless you have received explicit written permission from us.

  • Using your account (if applicable) securely and not sharing login credentials with unauthorized users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if any abuse or violation of these terms is detected.

5. Paid Plans and Unlimited Use

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you may generate unlimited screenshots for the duration of your subscription. However, usage must remain within reasonable personal or professional use. We reserve the right to restrict access if automated usage or abusive behavior is detected.

6. Legal and Compliance

screen.framer.ai does not claim any affiliation with, or endorsement by, any of the third-party services or financial companies that our templates may vaguely resemble. All templates are original designs and are intended for simulation and illustrative purposes only.

We actively design our templates to avoid trademark and copyright infringement and provide clear disclaimers in all output. Any misuse by the user that results in legal consequences is the sole responsibility of the user.

7. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that:

  • The templates will meet your exact design expectations.

  • The service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

  • The images will be suitable for any specific commercial or regulatory use.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to legal claims, data loss, or business disruption.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable access to the service for any user who:

  • Violates these Terms.

  • Uses the platform for malicious or fraudulent purposes.

  • Attempts to damage or reverse-engineer our systems.

9. Modifications to the Terms
